All prices below are drawn directly from our Terms & Conditions. A 50% deposit secures every booking — the balance is due before each lesson or 14 days before a wedding or event.

Weddings
Wedding Packages
The exact playing periods and breaks included in each package are agreed before booking. A "Full Wedding Experience" does not mean continuous or unlimited playing throughout the entire day.
Ceremony

Music for the agreed wedding ceremony period.

A combined package covering the agreed ceremony, reception, wedding breakfast/dinner and evening service.

How It Works
Payment Terms
50%
Deposit to secure your booking
Applies to all lessons, block bookings, trial lessons, gift lessons, Zoom lessons, exam prep and wedding/event bookings.
Before each lesson
Remaining balance — tuition
The remaining 50% balance is due 24 hours before each individual lesson takes place, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
14 days before
Remaining balance — weddings & events
The remaining 50% balance for wedding and event bookings is due 14 days before the date of the event.
Wedding/Event date rearrangement — £100 charge
If you need to move a confirmed wedding or event to a new date and that date is available, a £100 rearrangement charge applies to cover the additional administration and disruption. If the new date is unavailable, the change is treated as a cancellation under the standard cancellation terms.
Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer; cash where agreed in advance; or another payment method specifically agreed with Webster Music Co. Payment details are provided when a booking is made.
